The Elder Team advises and assists Lead Pastor Wayne Ogimachi in the leadership of Lighthouse, provides oversight for the spiritual health of Lighthouse and the fulfillment of its mission, values, and vision, and attends to the "big picture" and "long-term" issues affecting the development of Lighthouse.
