Children's Ministry
We offer childcare in the Nursery and Christian education through the "Kingdom Corps" program, designed for children 2 years old through 5th grade. Our purpose is to help our child build friendships, enjoy interesting activities and discover the truth of God's love and goodness. Each child will receive warm personal attention from our staff of trained volunteers. Parents enjoy the security of knowing their child is safe and receiving positive encouragement to develop sound personal values and discover thier own God-given uniqueness.The NURSERY and TODDLER groups are staffed from the beginning of service; you may check your child in upon your arrival or anytime thereafter. Pre-kindergarten children and those in grades 1-5 will be led to their classrooms by their teachers before the pastor's message begins.
To promote continuity and consistency for your child and others, we ask that you consult the following plactment guidelines:
If your child is...
- Under 2 years of age: Nursery
- 2 years old (birthday Sept 1st - Dec 31st): Nursery
- 2 years old (birthday Jan 1st - Aug 31st): "Little Lights" toddler group
- 3 years old: "Little Lights" toddler group
- 4 years old (birthday Sept 1st - Dec 31st): "Little Lights" toddler group
- 4 years old (birthday Jan 1st - Aug 31st): "Seahorses" pre-kindergarten group
- 5 years old: "Seahorses" pre-kindergarten group
- School-age children attend the class corresponding to their grade
